Hubby and I have used the online version of Turbo Tax for years. We were charged for back taxes last year do to a filing error. I contacted Intuit because it was hard to tell from the current interface if we had been misprompted back in 2004 or what. They gave us the benefit of the doubt and covered the penalty amount we were being charged above the actual tax. So they get a big thumbs up here!
